Instructor Roelke began training in Hwa Rang Do under Instructor David Kijek in April of 1991. He received his first degree black belt in April of 1997. As well as being an active Instructor for the Madison East Academy, Instructor Roelke has attended numerous seminars with various Master Instructors of Hwa Rang Do.
