Master Lee will be back in Madison for another year of awesome training with all of us in the Midwest. The Hwa Rang Do Madison East Academy will be hosting the event so check out all of the info and get your registration forms in! All details listed below, and if you have any questions just let us know and we will help you out. Again, all students both adults and juniors are strongly encouraged to participate in this great weekend of training.

Saturday October 2nd:
- I. Practical Self Defense (children and adults) (10a - 11:30a)
- Lunch (11:30a - 12:30p)
- II. Gumtoogi: Sword Fighting Long Sword (12:30p - 2:00p)
- III. Gumtoogi: Sword Fighting Twin Short Sword (2:15p - 3:45p)
- IV. Bongtoogi: Stick Fighting Twin Mid-stick and Long-Staff.
Sunday October 3rd:
- V. Sparring - Takedowns for Competition (10a - 11:30a)
- Lunch (11:30a-12:30p)
- VI. Gotoogi: Grappling Positions and Escapes (12:30p - 2p)
- VII. Gotoogi: Grappling Chaining and Combinations (2:15p - 3:45p)
- VIII. Gotoogi: Grappling Leg Locks and
Submissions (4p - 5:30p)

Notes about the Seminars – Make sure to Pre-Register by 9/29/2009 to save $10!
- These seminars with Grand Master Lee will be open to the general public at large. Individuals from other arts, as well as friends and family are welcome to participate.
- All participants MUST have full sparring gear for the Point Sparring sessions.
- It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that all participants have a Gotoogi (grappling/heavy weight) uniform for the Grappling sessions.
- All participants MUST have double stick and long staff for the twin mid stick and long staff fighting session IV.
- All participants MUST have a Jang Jukdo (bamboo sword) for session II, and two Jung Jukdo (medium bamboo sword), for session III.
Group Dinner:
This year we will be having a group dinner at ???. This will be a great chance for our entire Hwa Rang Do Family to spend a nice evening together. Pre-Payment of $?? per person is required and is included on the registration form. As always all friends and family are welcome.
